  1. Great post! Definitely good advice. I do something very similar when I’m having a bad day – I write down everything that’s bothering me, no matter how petty, and I don’t stop until I feel better. Sometimes I realize things were building up for longer than I thought!

    1. Thank You Jackie. As you say, sometimes you think it’s one thing bothering you but there are other little things bubbling under the surface which all add up!
